I help educational organizations understand how to use artificial intelligence as a tool for creativity, innovation, and strategic growth. My work focuses on helping faculty, staff, and leaders integrate AI in ways that improve learning, problem-solving, and organizational effectiveness. I believe AI should support human creativity, not replace it, by giving educators new ways to design, teach, communicate, and lead. Through consulting, workshops, and creative strategy, I help organizations use AI with purpose while keeping people, culture, and employment growth at the center.
My Story
At the Peabody Conservatory of Johns Hopkins University, education, creativity, and innovation come together through projects like Let’s Build Together. This initiative explores how music can help students and communities understand collaboration, problem-solving, and creative leadership. By connecting Pan-American music with artificial intelligence, we create new opportunities to study rhythm, culture, improvisation, and technology in meaningful ways. AI becomes a tool that helps students analyze, create, and imagine new musical possibilities while still honoring human expression and cultural tradition. Through this work, participants learn that education is not only about information, but also about discovery, creativity, and shared experience.
